Terms of Service

Welcome to the PAT Platform. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PAT Platform and related educational materials provided by MJC Training Limited.

By purchasing, accessing, or using the PAT Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

14-Day PAT Evaluation

New subscriptions start with a 14-Day PAT Evaluation for $19. The evaluation gives you full access to the PAT Platform for fourteen days. The $19 fee is separate from the monthly subscription charge and is not credited against your first $126 payment.

If you cancel before the evaluation ends, you will not be charged for a paid plan. The $19 evaluation fee is non-refundable if you cancel or decide not to continue, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

When the evaluation ends, your selected paid plan begins unless you have already cancelled. After that, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for subscription renewals, partial months, or unused time in a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PAT Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You have read and understood our Privacy Policy, GDPR Compliance Policy, and Risk Warning
• You accept full responsibility for your trading decisions

License to Use

Upon payment, MJC Training Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PAT Platform for your personal trading and educational purposes.

This license is valid for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. You may use the PAT Platform through your own account only.

Subscription & Payment Terms

The PAT Platform is a paid monthly subscription. Current plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page:

• Pro — $126 per month
• Elite — $980 for the first month (hands-on onboarding), then $126 per month

New subscriptions start with a 14-Day PAT Evaluation for $19, after which the selected plan is billed.

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

Your subscription includes full access to the PAT Platform, all updates, and 100% support and guidance.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

• Or cancel through your account management portal (if applicable)

When you cancel:

• You will retain access to the PAT Platform until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• Your access will expire at the end of the paid period
• No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, distribute, or sublicense the PAT Platform to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the PAT Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your subscription
• Claim the PAT Platform methodology, concepts, or materials as your own
• Use the PAT Platform to provide trading signals, advice, or services to others for commercial gain

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and subscription without refund.

Intellectual Property

The PAT Platform, including all associated materials, documentation, educational content, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of MJC Training Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by MJC Training Limited.

Educational Tool — No Financial Advice

The PAT Platform is an educational tool designed to help you understand market belief structures. It is not:

• Financial, investment, or trading advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
• A guarantee of trading profits or success
• A substitute for your own research, analysis, and risk management

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. MJC Training Limited is not a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, or broker-dealer. Please read our Risk Warning for full details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The PAT Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation

While we strive to ensure the PAT Platform functions correctly, we do not warrant that it will be free from bugs, errors, or technical issues. We rely on third-party services (such as data providers and hosting infrastructure) which may experience interruptions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJC Training Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial damages resulting from use of the PAT Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Errors in data feeds, calculations, or technical malfunctions
• Any reliance on information provided through the PAT Platform or educational materials

In no event shall MJC Training Limited’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By using the PAT Platform, you acknowledge that trading financial markets carries inherent risk and that you accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and outcomes.

Third-Party Services

The PAT Platform relies on third-party data providers and infrastructure services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party terms of service, availability, or functionality
• Data feed accuracy, delays, or interruptions
• Changes to third-party platforms or services that affect the PAT Platform

You are responsible for maintaining your own PAT Platform account and complying with these Terms.

Updates & Modifications

We may update, modify, or improve the PAT Platform at any time. Updates are included in your subscription at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the website. Continued use of the PAT Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the PAT Platform if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment method fails or is declined
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior
• You share or resell access to the PAT Platform

Termination for violation of these Terms will result in forfeiture of access without refund.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the PAT Platform shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between you and MJC Training Limited
• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration or mediation in the UK

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, GDPR Compliance Policy, and Risk Warning, constitute the entire agreement between you and MJC Training Limited regarding the PAT Platform.
